    That is so unique. I have a plain one that looks simular inside and opens like yours does. I got it from a friend when her MIL passed away for $20. She said her hubbys grandfather made it for his Mom as a wedding gift in 1930. It's not as fancy as yours but I love it just the same. She also sold me a really neat old roll top desk for $50.
