    I use both the insulbright and the warm and natural in mine and I haven't had any problems. I use a new sharp needle at the beginning of each project. I hope you are able to get the problem fixed with a new needle. It is such a pain to stop and start projects. So Sorry you are having trouble.

    Thanks for all of your help. I have finished my project best I could. I'm going to ask for remedial BSR help when I get to my Bernina dealer next week.
