Used a sew steady until I got a sewing table that sets my machine level with the table. The problem I had was when fmq the quilt would catch on the edge of the table. Now it sits in my closet.

I found Dreamworld extension tables at many different online sites. Most of them on sale.

Yarn or Fabric

I use mine all the time. I love my extension table. I didn't have one with my Janome which was irritating since it was the Quilter's model and it didn't have an extension table go figure... but I've got one with my Juki 2000 and I use it every time I sew.. when I'm not at home that is... now my Juki is set in to a desk which is even better - but for travel, I still bring my extension table. I don't leave home without it.

I'm not sure what kind of machine you have but I'm sure there is one out there that will work with yours if not you could possibly make your own.

Okay, thanks for all the information. It turned out that I had already found Sew Steady when I was playing online. Now I will look at the others mentioned. My sister has one that I am going to go try today. I am not sure I have ever seen one "in person."
