I got one of the bendable lights that attaches to the side of my machine at JoAnns on line when they had a huge sale.
    I absolutely love it.

Well, I guess that link didn't give too much info. Here's more:

You can easily direct the light where you want it because the lamp arm and head are adjustable.

Inspired LED strip light. I have these on two of my machines and love them. I also have a strip over my kitchen sink and counter.

carolynjo, Thanks for the tip, but I did use Gorilla Glue. I let it dry for 48 hours before I tried quilting. I thought for sure it would work since it holds most everything.

I got the Bendable Bright Light from Missouri Star when they had it as a special. Just installed it for a retreat last weekend and I love it! The retreat room lighting was not good, but I had no problem at all. I also like that you can move it around depending on where you need to most light.

Hi cathyvv. Thanks for sharing the youtube video site with the instructions for this lighting tool. What a good idea for a cost effective and useful tool in our quilting

If you have an Ikea near you, they have one that clips on to your table for $10 that works great. I have a Bendable Bright Light on the front of my longarm and just love it too. It has a sticky pad that sticks to your machine and it stays very well. However, you do have to get the placement right the first time...taking off that pad to re-position it is difficult.
