this is how I feel too... It is my space to work in, and as long as it is comfortable to me... what does it matter if it is seen messy :)

My room is very messy. It is also my computer room, with desk; my husband's computer room, with desk; my stamping room with all kinds of things, hardly room for my quilting, so I have to cut on the dining room table, sew in my bedroom, and store wherever there's room. Make you feel any better?

Yes I will post pics of my sewing area, but how or where do I load the pics up?
Now everyone has to show there slobblishness, its only fair, I'm sure yours isn't as bad as mine!

Here are some pics of my room - I just finished up a quilt yesterday and I always clean up a bit after finishing a project - quiltis now upstairs so I can bind during tv time.
This is still not as neat as I like to be before starting something new.....

I would need a bigger room first, lol! But it's my little corner (bedroom) of the world, & I love it! So many don't even have a little room to quilt in, so I am more than happy with mine, even if I don't care to show it off, lol. Some pics posted, it doesn't even look like someone quilts in there, lol, not my style at all....

No. But if I had 'before pictures' I might, because of the contrast.
Thirty years of hoard is steadily being converted into washed and organized. 'Tis still a mess but 50 % less mess.

It's not really my sewing room because I sew in my bedroom and living room--no way I could work in that mess--I mean MY mess.

I still don't have a camera or I would post mine. Not too messy HEHE! I viewed some of the pictures and some were neater than others but I enjoyed them all. It is neat to see how others store their things and repurpose furniture. What I've decided is, we are incredibly blessed to be able to follow our passion!
