    YES, it will make a huge difference in your shoulders. I often bring my table like this to retreats (if there's room) because I will have shoulder problems if I sew on a normal 30" tall table. This table's surface is probably 30", but since your machine drops down, the machine bed will be at the right height for you.

    Can't say how this model will hold up, mine is made by Horn. It's heavy and sturdy and I expect it to last a long time. I paid about the same price for mine 4 years ago.

    I have this table and love it. I use it with my Bernina so I can easily adjust to height for sewing/quilting or embroidery. Highly recommend it.
