i was in my local quilt store the other day and they had cutting boards that said they sharpen your rotary blade when you cut with them I don't remember the brand - but has anyone used these and do they work?

Just read about them in my McCalls Quiting magazine. It is supposed to have diamond dust or carbon something or other stuff on the side of the ruler. I have no idea if this would really work.

I was looking thru my Keepsake quilting book and saw 'The Cutting edge Rulers' - these are rulers with a diamond powder encrusted edge that maintains sharpness of your rotary blade..
