I went to Joann's last week, spent 85 dollars and went back Monday and spent 65 dollars. And yesterday my husband asks if I needed anything else from Joann's........lol

He is talking about making a bookcase for my "annex". I have 2 sewing rooms now.

TNGal, what part of TN are you from. There's a quilt store in Morristown that's closing down - everything in store is 40% off. Went in last week and spent over $200 on 'stuff'. Mainly got wide backings to put in stash - you know, once they're used on a backing, they become 'pieces' and can be used on the front (my justification, anyway! LOL) Don't feel guilty for buying fabric - you need them now for a future quilt. Makes sense to me!

Nothing to worry about, he probably won't even notice.

Husbands do this too, every so often I notice a new drill (so far up to 18) suddenly shows up. I never say anything, so when I purchase new quilting material (and of course I don't tell him, but sometimes he will find it), he does not say anything for fear that I might bring up the drill addiction. Kind of an unspoken pact. LOL.

Vanogay, I am in Middle TN...Morristown is about 4 hours from me. Not too bad but sadly I don't have a full day to take the trip.

I did tell him about the buckwheat hulls I bought and the pellets I found for a great price, just not the fabric. lol

I just wish the UPS guy would come earlier when hubby is not at home. One week I had 3 deliveries!

Hope our spouses don't decide to find out what we find so interesting on this site!

    lol...I hope not either, ratz29.

And Doreen, we need to call UPS or FedEX and let them know to deliver all packages with our names on it mid morning while DH is at work. lol Gives up plenty of time to hide the evidence. Luckily our mail runs mid day so that is easy to hide.
