    Default Shops in Colorado????

My husband and I will be traveling to Red rocks amphitheater to see some Further shows at the end of September. We are coming from Texas and will go through Denver and also be around Fort Collins. We will be staying in Golden. So who knows some quilt shops in the area I can drag the DH to???? Help me please!

There are several shops in the Denver metro area. I have been to great shops in Loveland, Ft. Collins, Windsor, Longmont, and Colorado Springs. One of the shops in Ft. Collins was featured in a magazine. It's inside of a furniture store.

If you google each city name with quilt shop you'll find addresses and directions to get to each shop.

Are you coming up US 287? There's a great little shop in Springfield and one in Lamar that are both on 287.

The shop in Springfield isn't big but she always has a really nice selection. It's on the west side of main street and it's called Just a Stitchin'. It's past the Loves a block or so.

The quilt store in Fort Collins that is inside the furniture store is called "The Fig Leaf". Sweetheart Quilt Shop is in Loveland which is about 6 miles south of Fort Collins. There is a new quilt shop in Berthoud which is south of Loveland. There is also a quilt shop in Windsor, 6 miles east of Ft. Collins. There us also 2 nice quilt shops in Cheyenne which is about 40 miles north of Fort Collins. Hope this helps. I don't know when you are coming but there is also a nice quilt show and market around the middle of Aug at the fairgrounds which is just off I-25 east of Loveland. If you need more info, PM me.
