    If you wanted, you could put a skinny border on top.

    It's just that if you put borders on top and bottom, you could reverse the top/bottom to bottom/top. If that makes any sense.

    Good point, but I have to admit I am not very hard on my quilts and even after years they don't show wear. Just some fading from light.
