    Regardless of what you do for further quilting, this is adorable. I can see you already stitched in the ditch around the trucks, so that should be enough. Do what you are comfortable doing and know it will be loved.

    I think it looks a bit sparse, and I also think the batting will hold up better with more. I would try to SITD around the ovals., perhaps with a decorative stitch.
