Red face Should I buy a new machine?? UPDATE

First, thank you all for your advice. I took it all into consideration, but, on an impulse (I know, that's not how you should buy such an expensive machine!), I walked out of the LQS with a Unity Baby Lock. I spent several hours looking at the Bernina, Janome, and Baby Lock. In my very humble opinion, the Bernina and Janome couldn't hold a candle to the Baby Lock. Of course I spent more than I should have, but I very seldom buy anything for myself, so I went for it. That is not to say that I still feel guilty for spending so much. It is a beautiful machine and does more than I will ever be able to learn, but I think it is much more user friendly.
I can't wait to embroider with it!!!!

good for you! I love my Janome so if Baby Lock is that much better than a Janome I know what brand I will look at when I buy by next machine!

Good for you! It sounds like you made a great investment. Have you had an embroidery machine before?

I have the Babylock Crescendo and love it - I think they make great machines, and their user manuals are very clear and easy to follow. Congratulations!

Good for you and don't feel guilty, that's just time you could spend sewing.
