Connecting threads has very good customer service. I had the same thing happen to me and I didn't have to send the wrong fabric back either. They actually told me to keep the other fabric, I guess it costs them more in extra shipping than what it is worth. Good for you.

Gloversville sewing center is my Bernina Dealer! Great shop. I love them and you are right, EXCELLENT customer service. Trying to decide if I want to hit their "big game" sale next weekend. They are an hour and half away from me but worth the trip, especially for the big game sale.

I have ordered a lot from them. They only messed up on one order. It was eight yards of one fabric!!!!!!!! When I called they sent out the right one and let me keep the other. Wooo Hooooo.......eight yards of fabric free.
