Went to a garage sale and they had this Singer Sewing machine , the booklet said
Singer class 28 or class 2B with the numbers g4267157 on the base of the machine on the right hand side by the wheel.
Do you know how much this is worth. It was in a cabinet with a treadle pedal. They wanted 100.00. Please let me know if it is worth the money? Thanks

Depends. How clean is the machine and the treadle cabinet? Is the bobbin carriage, shuttle, etc. there? Does it have attachments? Did you turn the handwheel to see if everything moves freely? Ask if you can stitch with it...(that'll tell you if the bobbin stuff is all there) What decals are on it, are they intact of are most of them scruffed off?

All said and done? It's probably worth $100 if you think it's worth a $100.
