Singer had a link on there site so you could ck serial numbers on older machines. For some reason it is no longer active. I did a search and found another link to get me there...

    :-)

I noticed earlier that I had to search to find the serial numbers lookup page. I hope it's just a temporary glitch and not a permanent change to their site.

I was trying to look up some info today and noticed it has changed. You can get kind of general info but at one point you could find all kinds of info on your serial number. Hope it is working again soon and not a permanent change.

You can get there with a search, but the direct link is gone.

sorry, for some reason my pc is acting funny and won't hyperlink the whole address. If you copy/paste it to the address bar it works.

I sent them an email and the response was that it would no longer be available. I did the search thing too (prior) and found it, but when I got the email, I went back and downloaded all the info on all the machines just in case they remove that link permanently.
