I had a Singer XL100 that was about the best and easiest machine I have ever owned, but I had to put it in storage and the computer went out. To make a short story, UPS damaged it bad and I now have a new XL5000. Does anyone else have this machine and how do you like it. I am still in the learning stage on it. Love the embroidery, but slow to learn. Any comments appreciated.

I bought one of the first Singer Quantums before I started quilting. I think it was one of the first machines to have a computer screen. It has been problem free, sews great every time I use it. The decorative stitches sew perfect, no skips. I would buy a high end Singer again.

Even though I am selling my Singer XL6000, I have truly loved using it. Very easy machine for me to learn embroidery on. The only reason I am done with it is that I now have a 6 needle machine.

Thanks for your input. It makes me feel that maybe I have not made a mistake. Just need to work on it regularly so I don't forget in between times.
