    Default Is this size okay

Hi, I'm in the process of making a wedding quilt, well okay I've changed my mind a dozen or so times trying to find a pattern I want to make...My question is, do you think 74x74 quilt is big enough for a wedding quilt? Is it big enough for the 2 people to snuggle under? Some of the patterns I was considering were 96x97 but I've found another pattern I like and it only measures 74x74.....I've got to hurry up and make a decision lol as I'm running out of time and the wedding is in Mid April and of course it's right in the middle of the busiest time for me at work....

I think that size is likely ok for a snuggle quilt (vs a bed quilt). If you're uncertain, maybe you could add a border or two to the pattern you like?

74 x 74 is a good size to snuggle under. Gives good reason to get close!

Depends on their size. 74x74 is just over 6x6'

Tessagin neither of them are much taller than 5'7". The pattern I was thinking of wouldn't lend it's self to add additional borders

I think that's a perfect size for a cuddle blanket!

you could always add a lot of borders to it to be any size you'd like it to. No rules here.

I think this size would be great for a wedding quilt. Better than trying to do a bed size since they can use it for couch snuggling or fold it across the foot of a bed if it goes with their decorating. More useful in my opinion
