    I would like to know what size to cut a square to make 2 triangles to fit between 2 15 inch blocks. I' doing the quilt on point.

    This will give you the formulae for the side setting triangles as well as the corner triangles. You will need to do both for a quilt set on point.

    Indeed! I will be needing that formula myself soon, and while I could figure it out, I would rather be easy on my poor little pea-brain! :D

    The formula helps a lot. Sometimes my brain is too busy to think of mundane things like figuring out things. I help it out when ever I can, like when I buy fabric, I just buy lots. Saves all that work on trying to figure out how much you need. Oh and it has to be in lots of colors to save on having to choose there in the store.

    Oh, I sooooooo agree about the decision part (how much to buy, which colors,etc.) Just buy until you know you don't have enough places to hide the stash or can't carry to the car in one trip. :roll: Then you'll know you have enough fabric in case you figure incorrectly. :thumbup:

    (Well, it's the excuse,I mean, reason I'm using & I'm sticking to it.) :wink:
