Jenny Doan uses the Sizzix cutter on her last quilt video. She used two hard mats, one on top and one on bottom. Did you know Sizzix made a die for all the MSQC templates? Be sure to stock up on the Go mats when you find a sale. They are like rotary cutter blades, you have to change them out when they get over used. They aren't expensive even at regular price. I use the 6" mat the most to cover just one shape I need on a multi die.

What dies can I use with my Accuquilt besides Accuquilt dies, and what do I need to buy/do to make a different brand work? I'm new to Accuquilt. If I had known about the other route, I probably would have purchased the Sizzix.

You can only use accuquilt dies with GO, GO baby! not sure about Studio.......I first purchased GO and many dies....before the price freeze by mfgr.....then saw the little Sizzix big shot at very reasonable price, and HL has dies and honors their coupon on purchase of them....so now I have both...I do not use GO dies on BS, nor vise versa...both do a great job.......
