Does anyone have this and how does it work for fabric? I would love to have something that cuts the fabric but I don't want to spend alot of money.

do a Search up top...there are plenty who have them...I have one..and an older Ellison, the original sizzix and the big shot PRO...

LOVE IT....I started using the older Ellison on fabric 10 years ago...LONG before Accucut went to being Accuquilt!
