I do use them to attach/sew the binding as I go - easy to move. Go to your local dollar store! And get the kid's hair clips!

I use them when I do my binding and would not want to
be without them. I feel at least you are getting your monies worth buying them as they can be used a lot.

I use them and love them. I have grandchildren around a few days a week, and I know they won't be stepping on any pins after I've been doing my handsewing upstairs in my rocking chair while watching tv. I can really multi-task.

Once I discovered them I always use them when hand sewing binding.

I don't have any, but think they're a great idea. Easier to handle than pins on the border and easier on the hands, I think. Guess I'll get some for myself!

I bought some when I first started quilting - thought they were interesting... Well, from the first quilt until now, I have used them. They are great - snap close, snap open. I use them to hold the binding on my quilts as I sew. I think anyone that tries them will love them! Quilting/fabric shops have them. As someone mentioned, you can probably find them in dollar stores.

I LOVE them. I've got enough to clip entire quilt. They help keep the binding flat unlike straight pins. Also I can fold the quilt up while sitting in the easy chair hand stitching and not worry about getting stuck or losing pins in my chair.

You're right joyce888. I actually use them to clip projects I'm working on that I have to transport. I also clip pages together in my quilting books to hold my place - there are so many ways to use them.
