    I think they are really helpful, especially when turning the corners. The clips kind of help "iron" the binding down so you get a crisper corner.

    Found some really cute ones at Wal-Mart....different colors with little flowers on them.

    Yes, I use them to "train" the binding into the place I want to sew hand sew next.

    I use Hair Clips, and I think they are called alligator clips. They are so much cheaper.

    I too, wonder how I got along without them. When you are disabled with one hand/arm you have to rely on thinking of ways to accomplish what you want to do. I hesitated buying them at first. Now I use them for so many things. I've had many a quilt stained with blood from pin pricks.

    I've used them, but find they don't always hold that good, so I bought a package of those office binder clips at staples on sale, 30 for $2.00, and they work great.

    Yes, and I really like them. One: no more pin sticks(biggest Plus). Two: they hold better and can be moved easily . Three: you can buy hair clips and they are cheaper than ones sold by the QS.
