I'm planning to make cloth, food storage bags for my girls. We all shop in the bulk section of the grocery store, so I'm going to print the tare weight on each bag with fabric paint and run a drawstring through the top. These bags could be used for all sorts of things, from storing beans, to flour. Or, they could be used for other storage uses in the bathroom, or dresser drawers.

I have taken the fabric box idea a step further. I make a 15 inch square, zig zag a circle in the center, sew up about 4 inches along each corner, fold the corners up sew with a button, or sew them in so it is flush across the bottom, then cut a hole in the top just inside the zigzag and put over a tissue box. Easy to do and very useful. My friends and family love them. Decorates the tissue boxes for every room!

Not all the people in my guild celebrate Christmas so I would go for fabric boxes. http://aspoonfulofsugardesigns.com/2...e-fabric-tray/
