I love the textures of you fabrics. I would also like more embellishment it makes the article look so much more richer. My avatar I made on calico and then lined it. That's another way of making smaller projects

I got the pic. Sorry I can't be of any help regarding
finishing it, but sounds like you got some good advice from other board members. I must say it's just beautiful.
