Default small town fabic store in Tenn ? ? can you help me

I am hunting for a small town fabic store just off I-65 -- in Tenn (between the Alabama and KY),
a friend used to take me there when we did some road trips but alas I never reminded the town but loved the two stores

    Default Sir's?

Not sure which small town and where between Kentucky and Alabama, but somehow or other an awful lot of people know about Sir's Fabrics in Fayetteville, which is 15-20 miles from I-65. They used to have 2 stores directly across the street from each other, but have now consolidated everything to the main location by expanding into other parts of the building.

Google "quilt stores I-65, TN" and see what you get...

I just came back from Nashville and stopped at a nice quilt store in Goodlettsville TN, just north of Nashville and there was another one in Franklin KY - Just North of the TN/KY border.

Then there were 2 stores in Franklin TN, south side of Nashville.

All of these stores are w/in close to 5 min from the interstate. Stitchers Garden in Franklin TN, has a ton of fabric!!! Didn't have a lot of time to look Quality varied, but nothing seemed to be as bad as what I often see at JoAnn's lately.

The other one in Franklin TN is Quilting Squares Quilt Shop and Knitting Emporium was nice.

    Lots of stores in Nashville.

In Goodletsville, Tenn, there is Quilters Attic. My sister use to work there and I have been there many times. A great quilt shop.

i liked that store artyjoan!! I'm amazed when stopping at these different stores at all the different fabrics - no one really had the same thing.
