I ordered the Smartek and got it yesterday. Plugged it in today and it didn't heat! I was so disappointed. I tried several plugs and jiggled things around. I think I would have enjoyed it.

So I sent it back to Amazon.

Santa brought me this one http://www.quiltinaday.com/shoponline/notion/55171. I've only used it a few times, but I love it. It took a bit of getting used to as my other one didn't need to go back on the charger, but it gets hot and does a great job.
