So close, yet so far and so disappointed!

It is a good thing that you refused the shipment, Always note on the delivery form damage. The shipper is then responsible . I worked in traffic for a company and file damage claims all the time. Always inspect all of the boxes if there is any damage note on the delivery form. Have them to wait until you open it and if there is any damage if so note conceal damage. This will help when the store files a claim.
Sorry this has happen to you :-( ))))))hugs((((((((

Glad you didn't let the delivery driver intimidate you into signing for a damaged box. The delivery company will have to deal with the manufacturer regarding the damages. Hopefully Tin Lizzy will expedite a new machine out to you asap. I feel your frustration.

I dunno what a tin lizzie is, but it sounds like you wanted it real bad. Good thing you refused it. Occasionaly I refuse shipment with what sounds like broken glass in them. It's never a good thing.
I sure hope you get your Tin Lizzie Thingy undamaged, and soon!
