:( So sorry this happend to you--It's a shame that the delivery man tried to pull a fast one, but, how VERY smart of you to refuse delivery. I hope you will enjoying your new quilting machine. Keep us posted, and let us know how you like your quilting machine. I am interested in purchasing one myself. Good Luck and Have Fun

What a mess - hang in there. Hope it is all you dreamed it would be when you finally get it up and running.

That happened to me too! Only my machine was an Innova and was supposed to be pink. Fedx delivered it and it had been dropped and damaged bad. We refused the delivery and called the factory. They sent another one immediately only it wasn't pink. But what the heck. I found out later that I probably wouldn't have wanted the pink one even after repair. So I finally got my machine and love it!

I am so impressed by you!! You kept your cool and did all the right things. I'm so sorry for your disappointment. My iced tea would be laced with Vodka for sure.

Thanks for letting us know of your misfortune, and how you handled it, if ever I am in the same situation, I will now know how to handle it.
