So Excited

I get to spend 10 days with DD in CA quilting. She has a friend who is ordering a queen size kit Bali Blues from Keepsake Quilting and we are all 3 going to work on piecing the top. DH has said he will give up one of the featherweights he has in stock and ship it to DD so I can always have a machine to sew with when there also! She just purchased the plane ticket for me as Christmas present. I'm bringing the quilt top back with me to quilt on my longarm.

Oh you are going to have so much fun! I used to get to quilt with my mom and sister...so miss that!

Lucky you to be able to spend the time with your DD. And it's great that your DH is shipping the machine out so you'll always have it to sew with while you are there. Have a wonderful time. And show us the quilt when it's finished. Please.
