Most people really love it when friends or loved ones takes the time to personally make something for them. I say with the others, go ahead and give it.......they will love it!

When I came in today, one of the Managers gave everyone a 'store bought' coffee cozy from Caribu with a 'Happy Thanksgiving' card. UGH! Okay, just had to vent....
My niece had me make these as favors for a baby shower she hosted. Use them for party favors. Good excuse to have a party.

Use your own coffee cozy at work... if anyone comments that they really like it, give it to them, with your blessing. Or find others to give them to. Don't upstage your boss' gift.

Handmade is always better and much more thoughtful---give them anyways---everyone will thank you for it!

I agree with the majority. Go ahead and give them to your co-workers. Explain how you selected the fabric, the time it took you to make them, how you enjoyed the thoughts of your co-workers while you spent your time working on them, how they would enjoy their coffee and seeing your coaster making the experience better for them knowing that you spent your time making them something..... See whos coaster is used more!!! LOL.

Wouldn't you love to have the money the manager spent on the mug mats-think of all the fabric you could buy. I'm sure they weren't cheap. Actually, it was a nice gesture on behalf of the manager, but we all know yours will be nicer.
