    Snowball is about as quick and easy as you can get. Unless you just do plain squares.

    Is your soccer fabric black and white? If so, how about a large 8" square of that fabric and a four patch of red and black or red and grey solids. That should focus on your soccer fabric and the large pieces would go together fast.
