    As for the owl stalking your poodle... I love owls. He's keeping the rat population down. But I wouldn't let that pup out the door alone! A leash will be your best bet. Good luck, and try to enjoy your vacation. My DH and I go out of our way to have wildlife near.

    WOW! Love all the monkey clothes!! Perhaps more would be made for Christmas??

    I know the feeling about birds. In the winter outside our kitchen window we have three birdfeeders. It was so enjoyable watching the finches, sparrows, cardinals, etc. come to eat. Then it was that they came quite sparingly until my daughter noticed a hawk at the top of the neighbor's tree.

    What to do?

    wow nice job on the clothes with no pattern! beautiful...
    I have a sock monkey that my grandma made (she was born 1910) and she made this when she was a teen... so i am guessing this is about 80 years old????
