I made a quilt with a baseball theme and used baseballs and bats as the QUILTING pattern. Just a suggestion.

Thanks, Sewsew, I found all kinds of space fabric but alas, no astronauts. I may have to revise my quilt pattern and use some of those space ones. Nothing is cast in stone in my sewing room.

    Hi Mar,

I just went on ebay and searched for "astronaut fabric" and "space shuttle fabric". There are several choices that aren't kid fabric. One has the words USA and has the shuttle and astronauts on it. One has all sorts of shuttle, astronauts, space station, etc. on it, and is really pretty. There is also a panel that has the shuttle in various stages including re-entry. The prices are all pretty good too. Hope this helps.

Sorry Daph. That was my search. I have all the patches from the astronauts' space suits and want to do a quilt. All I could find was kid stuff so I ask for help. Have you checked JoAnn's? They have a load of fleece designs. Mar, short for Marion

Broad Bay Cotton has a NASA print that has astronauts, space shuttles and different items on it.

Thanks SSQ. I've never beento this site before. I saw some fabrics that might work if I don't find my astronauts.

I should qualify my need. I'm looking for an adult version of astronauts, not the childrens's fabrics.
