    Default Software for Designing Bargello?

I am wanting to draft some reasonably complex bargello designs. I have tried the Bargello Sketcher without much success - I would like to have multiple waves and it does not seem to be capable of doing that. EQ also does not seem to be able to do much with bargello - unless I draft and color each box individually. Suggestions for software that might be able to assist with drafting bargello?

EQ should be able to do it, but I couldn't figure it out. I used graph paper shaded in different colors, then cut it in strips. I then drew the basic design on another piece of graph paper and used that to figure out how wide the strips should be. Then I cut the strips and placed them on the graph paper with the basic design. That showed me where to cut the strips.

I have EQ , but find graph paper simpler for bargello. I use colored pencils to create the color run on the graph paper( you could use a computer for this part) , copy on a color copier , then cut and manipulate.

hevemi thanks for the link. I have been wanting to design my own bargellos for awhile and this would be the ticket... if I can get it to play nice with Linux. Very few things play nice with linux lol.
It must be old software considering the list of compatible systems. I'm going to have to look in to it nonetheless. Sometimes the oldies are the goodies!

Thanks Hevemi. Unfortunately, the only working pc I have at my home is my Windows 7 laptop. So, the Bargello Designer software is not a good option for me. :-(
