    I would find it difficult to use an all solid jelly roll due to the many colors contained. However, after thinking about your question, I would probably sort it into color groups of 4 or at least complimentary groupings and do tube type blocks. If you go onto Robert Kaufman web site I believe you will find some patterns using the all solid collections.
