Yeah, some days I feel like I am putting 3 mules out of work, and that is when I make the quilting mistakes!

Honestly, I think we've all had days like that. Seems like the easier we think the task is, the more we goof up sometimes!
Repeat after me... housework (life, in general) whenever -- quilting forever! Yes, I've had more days like that than I care to admit!

Yeah, you know your sewing is going poorly when the dog looks at you like "Are you fixing to send that fabric-y thing flying across the room again?"... LOL!

Ya'll are amazing all that work, at some point i would have taken a short nap then quilted some more. Life is too short for housework. Just do enough to keep the neighbors from talking and your children from putting you in a home.

I like how you didn't get upset and throw anything. You just took it in stride and laughed about it. I need to be more like that when I have made a few mistakes. I tend to get irritated. Not good. I want to be like you. You are my hero.

You just have to laugh because sitting there and crying isn't going to do a bit of good. I think we all have days like that. I blame it on the stress of housework and do as little as possible.

LOL Used to be the one who's home was always spotless..That was ages ago .. now I am lucky if I clean once a week. LOL Dishes are done and things are put away daily, but the dusting, mopping and vacuuming is done on a weekly basis as long as we are not camping LOL

To me there are other things in life that are important now !!

yesterday I was doing okay until the end of the 15 rows. Then I sewed-twice the front to the back. Finally got it right so decided to cut the strips I made for a 9 patch. The first cut was wonky-I decided I was done for the day. Went down stairs and finished the book I was reading!

Some days the quilt tells you when to stop!
