    I guess you need to get a maid for the housework and a gardner for the weeds. Then you can spend great time quilting and enjoying.

    I agree with Pinkiris. If I think it wil be done in a snap, I will screw something up and take a lot more time than I wanted to.

    The good news is that you saw it before you finished it and gave it away. Has anyone ever left a pin in a quilt? So embarrassing!

    It took me 4 tries to get this block right!! It was quite a waste of fabric of fabric as well, because you cut 2 at a time and swapped the center piece. I thought I'd whip a few up in no time, after all the magazine said "Easy Lesson". Some days are just like that. Here is the link to the block.
