    I have a new Juki and Gracie II frame and I can"t get the machine to act right with the stitch regulator it goes real fast, I can't figure how to slow it down and I can't find a website to help me any ideas? I am about to cry. :(

    I think it is the day. I'm having issues with my SideSaddle computer system on my longarm today. AAAGGGGHHH..

    Can't help you with your issues, but wanted to let you know you are not alone.

    check to see if they have a yahoo group, is it a grace SR or Juki?

    the machine is a Juki TL 98 Q and it works fine when I don"T use the regulator, I'll try yahoo, THANKS!

    Check the plugs from the encoders to the regulator. It sounds like one of plugs came loose and isn't plugged in all the way. Also check the plugs at the encoder ends, as well.

    I took the speed control off and it seems better but now I will have to sew with the foot pedal. I did go on yahoo and got some information
