Default Spiral Eye Needle vs One Second Needle

I saw the tv ad about the One Second Needle and was curious about it as it looked exactly like the Spiral Eye and saw that the price is considerably less than the Spiral Eye (about $5 each for Spiral Eye and about $3 for One Second) I havn't tried the One Second yet.
I called the company that makes the Spiral Eye and ask about the One Second and was told they have liscensed the majufacture to a company in China and they are not as finished as the Spiral Eye which are hand made and finished.

I really like the Spiral Eye for burying threads. They work great for me and I believe the saving in time threading and preventing the thread from coming loose from the other elf threading needle to be worth the additional cost.

For me the Spiral Eye needle was one of the most useless items Ive ever bought. I was hoping to use it to handstitch bindint. It is so thick and has no flexibility at all. Not sharp at all. So my use, it is a waste. $15 wasted

The spiral eye is no good for sewing but FANTASTIC for burying threads, I couldn't live without mine
