Hi,This is amazing Grace and yes that is what I needed to understand.Well done,I related to everything she said, just never knew how to explain it to anyone and barely understood it myself.I have several autoimmune problems + othermedical situations that will be with me always but I try and pace myself have a very understanding husband wonderful friends and family.Lucky that I do not have to work outside my home because my husband whats me to enjoy myself with the engery I do have and it does vary.Over did i t last Christmas and spent Christmas day in bed and the following week in bed with the worst kidney infection ever. This year I will be more careful.Thank you so very much.I am going to make copies of the article and give them to a few very close friends.Your grateful friend Amazing Grace.
