Many of you know I am still in a wheelchair as I broke my right ankle badly and spained my left. A quilter and member here, she knows who she is!, said she was sending me a squishy to brighten my day. Well it turned into a box of goodies and I was astounded. WOW is all I can say. She made not only my day but the almost 4 weeks I have been laid up and unable to sew except by hand. What a great group of people here--quilters are the best!

So sorry you've been laid up. Broken or sprained...neither is fun and both is just over the top!

But squishies do help make it better.

Prayers for speedy recovery (I know you feel like it's taken much too long already...I certainly did when I broke my foot years ago)

OK, I'm new here, what is a squishy? (sounds like something I clean out of the back of the veg. bin in the fridge)

it's awful when you find them with your fingers before you see them with your eyes.

But I still don't know what Franie got??
