    Terrific just the way it is. Black binding nearly always adds a nice frame, but you could also find it using strips from the plate blades. You'll want to sew the pieces together diagonally, but I think that might be spectabluar. froggyintexas

    It is gorgeous as is, black binding, perfect. I certainly wouldn't rip out what you have done to add anything else.

    You could always quilt it with black thread. It would give it a whole new dimension. Your piecing etc. is great.
