My husband asked me if I could make a full size quilt for a co-worker of his who is a huge Star Trek nerd (no offense intended)- ummm, Star Trek fan. :) So, in order to tackle this task I thought I could use you as a sound board for ideas. Has anyone done a Star Trek quilt? Is there a pattern out there? Would love to see pictures if you have. Thank you in advance.

What I have done in the past is to do a 'search' on webshots or photobucket. It's amazing what quilts are out there!

You may have to create your own pattern.

Here's the first one that came to my mind. You could easily take this idea and adapt it to other images!
