I know the width right now is more than 35" and I didn't measure once I laid out. Oops, but it was time to go pick up my DD. It will probably be bigger than 35" but just saying.

I have about 6 strips sew together but it is nighttime for the little one and I don't like to stop and sew, stop and sew...lol. She is fighting sleep at the moment but I put her favorite DVD in so maybe she will fall asleep. BTW, she is 3 1/2 years old. Some nights are easier than others at bedtime.

The colors are very nice. If the intended use is for the child to carry the "blankey" around, then 35 x 35 would be big enough. It will probably get bigger if you put any kind of borders on it. Good luck with your surgery and speedy recovery.

Thanks! I have pairs all sew and working on adding the pairs to each other. lol Though I realized I had my seams too big so the smaller strips will be really small. Oh well, it will still work for what I want it for. I will post the finish quilt top when I am done, hopefully this weekend.
