Good for you!!! Just goes to show that quilting women know when one is a keeper and when one isn't. I waited for a keeper to come along and he finally did. 24 years later and I'm with the majority here saying that a good DH is better than any stash!

The stash could go.....presenting a fine opportunity to go shopping. I wouldn't have much luck husband hunting at my age.

People win over things every time.

As far as tolerating my stash - well, let's just say he has way more "stuff" than I do. Last week I found him taking knots of bits of string, then tying them end to end into a long piece and rolling it into a ball. Just an example...

Now, if something happened and I them, I sure as heck don't plan to replace him. But my stash would have to be replaced for sure.

Heck I wouldn't trade my $12 shoes for my stash. ITs that patheic.

But I'd not give up my hubby for anything in the world. I love him too much.

I've had my hubby for 31 years, he all broke in, just the way I like him. Just like a good sewing machine, lol....No sense in trading him in now, LOL.
