    Hi,
I usually use steam for pressing.
But I don't press after every single seam. I finger press and I press a block only after it is finished. And I do this carefully to not distort the edges, especially if they are on bias.

I usually steam, but I'll give the other a try next time and see if I've got a preference.

I usually use steam, but it is what ever is prefered, what works for you best.

since i'm usually steamed about something anyway, it naturally follows that my iron is the same.

I prefer steam as apposed to dry when pressing seams. Sometimes dry is not effective for stubborn seam. Steam makes the seam lay flat better.

Patrice you are just too funny! :)

I usually use low to medium steam. As the others say, whatever works best for you.
