Default Stencil storage

I would like to store my stencils on or in something handy so I could just go through them and see which one I want. How do all of you do this?

All my stencils have the hole at the top. I keep them on a ring that separates at the bottom. I just rotate the stencils until the one I want is at the opening and get it off. The ring hangs in my sewing room closet. My ring came from upholstery sample book. If you can find one of the ring belt holders, they also work.

I have mine in a large storage container with large cuts of fabric. But I really like Tartan's idea. I need to see if I have a few of those rings somewhere.

I drove a nail into the inside of my storage closet that holds them all through the hole in the top. They are in a place that they can not get scraped or rumpled. For smaller ones, I have a little drawer

Two pieces of cardboard taped together like a file folder works fine for me!
Keeps them nice and flat in between uses, and tucks away nicely in between needs.

I have mine on a ring and then hang them on a pegboard hook.

I have my old briefcase with file folders. Makes it easy to keep track of them.

I have mine in those big manilla envelopes. Then I have written on the outside what ones are in the envelope. I also have 2 nails on the wall holding my most used stencils

I hang mine on the wall beside my chair on a Command hook. They are always right beside me and I can go through them whenever I want to. :-)
