I was reading in this forum that some of the ladies are a bit afraid of doing what i call stippling. Here is how i learnt. Just pretend you are in a canoe and you are meandering in a creek with turns and bends. I found after a while i started to get a pattern going. I use it quite a lot on coloured fabrics with monofiliment thread, and also verigated thread. You can buy a special foot and if your feed dogs dont drop cover them with tape.
