Default Stitch-in-the-Ditch Foot for Janome MC6600

Does anyone know if this stitch-in-the-ditch foot works on the MC6600? By their description, it seems it should, but want to make sure before ordering. Or should I buy the Janome brand sold elsewhere for $24.99? THX! http://www.amazon.com/Joining-Babylo...h+in+the+ditch

I've always bought my extra feet straight from the dealer and most times, as part of the initial purchase deal but by the looks of it, it probably does.

However, before you buy it ... would you be better spending your $ on a SITD foot for the AccuFeed?

I never used the regular SITD for my 6600 ..... always the AccuFeed SITD

Good info, QuiltE, thanks. After I posted, I realized I really want the Acufeed version - a big plus!

Absolutely!! I had been using the SITD with my old machine, so when I got the 6600, I knew it was a must-have, so just became part of the deal.
