    I also use a empty Altoid box . . . but mine is for the 'used' needles and rotary blades. I take the box to retreat, so all the ladies are not throwing away their needles and blades where someone else could be injured.

    I store new packages of machine needles in one of those giant-sized pill organizers. Mine is white and I got it at Walgreens. I printed sticky labels for the type/size of needles and stuck them on the lids over the day of the week indicators. The little plastic needle packages fit perfectly in the little cubbies.

    I don't have a good system yet for hand needles....and I live on the Gulf Coast so things rust easily. I need to solve that storage problem soon.
